There is a powerful process that I deliver to people who I coach, that aims to create new awareness of exactly what I mean when I say “you are not the thinker of your thoughts”, and it is one that can have a hugely positive impact on your life.
As a human being, you can at times get really stuck in the persistent process of negative thinking. These thoughts then run on repeat and have a direct impact on the quality of your life and your wellbeing!
What you don’t know yet is that you are not the thinker of these thoughts…
You are in fact able to live your greatest life, in action of the things that matter to you the most, while being detached from your thinking and your feeling. Until you have a firm understanding of this shift in consciousness, you will not be able to see that you already have all of the power within yourself to transcend any level of negative thinking. Not knowing this leaves you at the mercy of the highly unstable and persistent mind!
I want to encourage you to pause for a moment, and stop falling into the repetitive pattern of thinking that takes up so much space in your mind.
Yes, it can be challenging and it does take regular practice, so simply do your best to make a conscious decision to stop buying into any thought that does not represent the most inspired vision of reality for you!
You are the awareness that notices the thought!
